Pay Fees Online

Thank you for choosing to submit your fees online - the easiest way to pay at USA Sports! To complete the process, please use the form below and follow these simple instructions:
1 - Select the league in which your team is playing. If you are not sure, please contact your team captain to find out.
2 - Enter your team's name or team captain's name into the field below. It doesn't need to be exact, but close enough that when we process the payment, we know which team you are on. We want to make sure we apply your payment correctly.
3 - Press "Pay Now". Once you press "Pay Now", you will be direct to PayPal's site where you can complete the transaction with either your PayPal account or by entering your credit card information.
PLEASE NOTE: Payments submitted will be processed within 2-3 business days. USA Sports may not apply your payment onto your USA Sports account for up to 5-7 business days. Payments received online will not be charged late fees if they are submitted before the late fee deadline.
